My Two Planets is a pop-rock sextet that cut, dice, and stir in healthy doses of folk and funk into their melodic, musical, hook-filled stew. M2P consists of Eric Wulff (vocals), Jim Ousley (bass), Mike Jungers (guitars, backing vocals), Joe Weir (guitars, backing vocals), Joe Lange (drums) and Josh Drake (percussion). Their latest effort, Highways & Angels was released in June of this year. Over two years ago, M2P released their first full-length CD, Even Such is Time. They received substantial radio air-play in conjunction with the release. The release was also celebrated at the Hard Rock Café in St. Louis with a capacity crowd. Last season, M2P's songs were part of the soundtrack for MTV's Road Rules television series. Songs from Even Such is Time were also heard on MTV's The Real World, as well as an independent movie soundtrack. My Two Planets has headlined at several clubs and other fairs, and have appeared in St. Louis supporting the GO-GOs, Vonda Shepard and Vertical Horizon. This Fall, they expect to tour outside the Midwest region, particularly on the East coast. Guest appearances on Highways & Angels include St. Louis favorite Javier Mendoza (backing vocals) as well as Ken Hensley (keyboards), formerly of Uriah Heep.
