This is 14 tracks of pure pop, all written, arranged and produced by Leo Sidran.

"Leo Sidran has a penchant for penning pop tunes." (Rolling Stone Magazine).

"Leo Sidran is the best young song writer I know. His songs stand and deliver!" (Steve Miller).

"Leo Sidran is one happenin' hepcat with the phattest groove in town." (Butch Vig).

On this, his first solo record, Leo plays guitar, drums, keyboards, and sings. He is joined by Paul Peterson (The Time, The Family, David Sanborn Band) on bass, Ricky Peterson on organ, as well as by Steve Marker (Garbage) on guitar.

This record, released in Europe in 1998, was met with great critical success. The song "Conversation" was a radio hit in The Netherlands, and the record received special attention in Spain, where even the President heard Leo performing live.

Sometimes folky, sometimes funky, sometimes right down the middle, Leo And The Depleting Moral Legcay is 14 tracks of solid songs.
