Naked Emperor is the brainchild of Ken D'Amico. Ken started out playing bass in high school and college bands - at some point along the way he picked up a guitar and started writing songs. His latest collaboration was with Casey Newton in the acoustic rock band Live Lost. Ken's first studio recording was a seven-song demo produced in 1997. His latest work, the self-titled CD "Naked Emperor", includes four updated/re-worked songs from the original demo and six newer songs. The CD, recorded and mixed at Osceola Studios in Raleigh, NC, was produced by Ken, who also performed vocals, guitar, bass, piano, and drums on all songs.
