**SOUNDS OF WINGS**
What to call this music??
Many compare them to a cross between Siouxsie and the Banshees/The Creatures shaking hands with Annie Lennox and King Crimson! Leaning more on the darker side of electronic music, this band hits the mark of new sounds that are refreshing to hear these days.
Moving from middle-eastern flavors one moment to sweet soft ballads the next and then taking wicked turns into sexy powerful melodies, SCSI drums up more than one serving dish of delights on this album.

**REVIEWS**
Review from Amboss Music Magazine Germany:
SCSI CD: Other
"Dark, yet gliding like a skate across ice, SCSI presents sometimes hard, sometimes melodic tracks, especially from chanteuse Sasha, who sounds like a combination of Lisa Gerrad and Siouxsie. In a way, it's reminiscent of the first album by the Creatures. On occasion this music seems to have sprung directly from the chill-out room of a trance disco, and at other times, from
a darkwave disco. In the atmosphere of these extremes, SCSI creates a music which puts any reviewer to the test. All by itself, the sumptuously dark ballad "Ku Ku Pearls" merits a closer look at the band. Smoky romanticism with a beautiful melody cloaks life in a dark colors. The entry of violins in the next song "One" could move one into an almost suicidal mood. With the song "Vines" one may call to mind the faded Dead Can Dance. "Yi Hwa" also begins with classical instrumentation, then becomes a bit poppier and trancier as it progresses, and by its end seems to me to be not so far removed from the designation as "Adams Family Pop." The three
Americans present an interesting and original work, which resists easy categorization. Visit the website at www.scsiband.com; there you can obtain this release--- it's worth it!"

**BIO**
Joining forces in 1997, Sasha Feline and Doc paired up to work on some electronic music...as the songs quickly developed, they were joined by Perry Emge in early 1998 and have become the SCSI trio that remains today. Their first CD release "Other" in 1999 has brought them national and international exposure and with their new CD release of "Watermark" in 2001 the music just keeps getting better and better. With a powerful stage show, SCSI has been gaining tons of attention and has played with bands such as Switchblade Symphony, The Genitortures & Razed in Black.
