Silk-N-Sword was formed in 1995 by Jana Lee there musical style is Pop/Rock. The band performed at various local and out of state venues. They were known as a good live band with smooth harmonies and a strong stage presence. In 1999 the band split up. Jana Lee decided to take a break from writing and recording and spent a few years working as a live sound mixer for numerous local bands and traveled locally and out of state. She also spent most of her time musically focusing on teaching her vocal students how to reach there goals and dreams. In 2002 she went back into the studio and released a CD in November 2004 (Close My Eyes). Jana Lee is currently performing and working on a new CD which will be available Winter 2006.
