The bassist by trade can be seen performing with many artists such as Europe's hard rock queen Doro Pesch, ex-Iron Maiden vocalist Blaze Bayley's band "Blaze" and New York's Mike Rocket. "Through The Pane" marks as being Nick's first official solo effort recorded almost entirely by himself. "Through The Pane", although not considered to be metal album, is a multi-influenced twelve song statement with a freedom and obscurity that an independent effort could offer.
