Andy James Court is a captivating and vibrant singer, songwriter, performer and producer, with a desire to encourage people to encounter Jesus through music. Andys catchy melodies, candid lyrics and unpretentious nature, create the ideal environment for audiences of all ages and backgrounds to hear the message of God in an exciting and entertaining manner. With little compromise in endeavours to realise a stunning music and lighting production in concert experiences, Andy presents the message of Jesus love to all who will listen. Andy is no stranger to public performances, and has taken his Musical Message to churches, schools, prisons, stadiums and festivals. He has, in the past, performed at the opening and closing ceremonies of the 8th FINA World Swimming Championships held in Perth, at a Wildcats Basketball Charity Event at the Challenge Stadium, at the Perth Esplanade Red Cross Bali Bombing Appeal, and was the Headline Artist at the 2004 Mandurah Christmas Pageant, to a crowd of over 20,000. Andys ability to connect with audiences on an open and intimate level, and his approachable and humorous character, attribute greatly to building a bond between him and the multitudes that attend his concerts. His concerts and performances have been warmly embraced, and have touched the lives of thousands. Andy frequently performs with his 4-piece band, an African/American style Gospel Choir, specially programmed lighting designs, and awesome visual effects. He occasionally performs on a smaller scale as a dynamic duo with his wife Sharon, and on an even smaller scale as a solo artist with an acoustic guitar, and a testimony of love. He and his wife are the founder and director of The Supernatural Gospel Choir. Andys songs have won him several prestigious national and international awards, including the 1998 ASA Australian Gospel Songwriter of the year, 2004 Gospel Category Winner of the UK Gospel Songwriting Contest, a 2004 winner in the Gospel category of Unisong International, and 2004 & 2005 Musicoz finalist. Andy wrote, recorded and produced both his first and second albums, Only You and Twos Company, and in keeping with tradition, he has also produced his third album Remember. His musical style includes a blend of Contemporary Christian Pop, Black Gospel and Inspirational Power Ballads.
