If you can remember the joy of albums like Rubber Soul or No Dice then The Brambles are your ticket.

Time and a word, NYC.
Cousins Tim and Lou Anthony are The Brambles. These guys love the Beatles. These tasty pop songs make that obvious. Their love for melody and hooks runs deep. The wonderful vocal harmonies and guitar work are tack sharp. This cd is a top 10 best of 2000. I strongly recommend this release.
Mark Bialczak, Stars Magazine, N.Y.

The Brambles new single "Gotta be love" gave us tingles and leaving us wanting ohh so much more. we found our selves hitting the repeat button over and over. Ted and Amy, 93q.radio

The Brambles bring the glory days of the 1960's when melodic pop songwriting was the rule of thumb and not an afterthought. These guys rock and sing their ars's off. The songs and great harmonies make you wish there were more bands like this. Thank god the Brambles exist. I can't wait for their next release.

The Brambles "Next Big Thing" their second release is a light and airy powerpop one that evokes strong doses of raspberries and kyle vincent styled music. Like a mix of the flashcubes of yesteryear and Chris Von Sneidern of today. The sound is straightforward and simple, but the pure pop hooks and lilting melodies are soothing and embracing for fans of this style of pop... and for them, it's a strongly recommended release! Nice to have this style of pop made today.
Bruce Brodeen, Notlame.

An apt moniker for one of the better pop rock records to out this year. Their blend of electric and acoustic guitars remind me of mick ronson's arrangements on Bowie' Ziggy stardust. Also the vocal harmonies that anchor each track are letter perfect. This is the type of album that never fades with age, thanks to tasteful musicianship and heartfelt songwriting. With brief infectious songs that stickin your memory long after the disc stops spinning. "Gotta be Love" the first single boasts slide guitar parts that would do George Harrison proud.
the Brambles manage to be dreamlike and flex their musical muscle. Play it loud, play it low, in a perfect world "next big thing" would be just that.
Tom Semioli, Amplifier Magazine.
