A natural musician from childhood, Peter spent most of his adult life searching for "his" instrument. Dabbling here and there with guitar, flute, and piano until a miraculous turn of events led him to the Celtic Harp. He became as he put it "mildly obsessed" with the harp. "There is a lot of magic and synchronicity surrounding the harp." Said Peter. He then pursued the instrument, playing almost instinctively. "It was as if my hands knew what to do." Peter explained. At the time Peter resided in the Red Rock country of Sedona, Arizona, and many a day was spent exploring its ancient and silent canyons. "The music came to me from the silence" he says. After less than a year since first picking up the instrument Peter recorded his first CD appropriately entitled "Harp Magic". Harp Magic won the critics praise for the new harper on the scene and eventually went on to be nominated for a "Naird Indie Award", for the best string album of '94 - a national honor. Peter travels extensively throughout North America sharing his music and story with people from all over the world. Numerous supporters including Doreen Virtue, Neale Donald Walsh and James Van Prague recognize the magic of Peter's music as he often plays for their workshops and seminars. He is also a featured performer and speaker at Wholelife Expos, Whole Earth Expos and The San Fransisco New Age Expo. His inspiring story has been broadcast over the air waves on "The Quest" with Peter Weissbach, "Angel waves" with Maureen McCullah, Santa Barbara's television program "Paradigm Shift" and "Bridging Heaven and Earth." He has also been featured in the books "Insights from the Coffee House" by Jonathan Collins and "Healing with the Fairies" by Doreen Virtue. Peter is a metaphysical musicain, teacher, artist and healer and is often requested to perform special concerts and workshops throughout the country. On these special occasions Peter will open himself up to the heavens to receive special music created spontaneously for the moment. His presentation interweaves inspirational story with his etherial harp music that inspires listeners to reach for there dreams and experience a heavenly realm. peter is also very involved in the emerging field of sound therapy, often playing for the sick and elderly at hospitals and nursing homes. Peter is also an accomplished stained glass artist, movement arts therapist as well as a back-country guide to the sacred sites of Sedona and the Southwest.
