BuddhaBell (tm) is a tool for meditators. It contains 3 tracks of silent meditation, 15 minutes, 20 minutes, and 30 mintues long. Each track starts with 10 seconds of silence to allow you to get settled into a comfortable position. Then there is a single bell sound. At the end of the meditation time, a series of 3 bell sounds is played. Also included on the CD-Extra is a copy of the software program BuddhaBell (tm).
