Akasa is a Shamanic Sound Ceremonialist,vocalist, sacred music composer, and the founder of Dreaming Anew-Sound, Dance & Visionary Prayer program. Akasa’s ceremonial path began during the summer Solstice in1997 at the site of the ancient oracle in Delphi, Greece. The initiation opened up a sacred sound dimension within her. Plato’s concept “Divine Mania,†best describes the sudden, unexpected, swift, energetic shift that altered every aspect of her life. Akasa’s gift is transmitting the healing, integrating power of sound, music and ceremonial movements into unity with life. Akasa’s calling to a new and unknown path has been a powerful experience of deep, intense, and ecstatic unconditional love In the warm billowing waves of the Aegean Sea, Akasa's first song, an enchanted ancient melody, "Goddess of the Sea", emerged from the depths of primal water.
