HuDost is composed of musicians Moksha Sommer, Linda Worster and JemalWade Hines. This Project began as a simple trio project and was intended to be simply a collaboration of two guitars and three voices, but turned into a full production with a beautiful cast of special guests including Pir Zia Inayat Khan, Pandit Mukesh Desai, Jami Deva, Dan Walters, Cybele and George Tortorelli. The music is an eclectic mix of three part harmonies, guitars, ethnic instruments and percussion and uses the words from the Sufi lineages of Pir-O-Murshid Hazrat Inayat Khan, Mevlana Jalaluddin Rumi, and Yunus Emre of the Rifai Marufi Order. The CD comes in a beautifully designed digipak with cover art by Hafizullah and Perego; It comes with a sixteen page color booklet with lyrics, photos and Michael Green's art. 'In an Eastern Rose Garden' was produced by JemalWade Hines and mixed by Oz Fritz, known for his work with Bill Laswell, Tom Waits and many others.
