Anger management was founded in 1996 by Tracy James Finck on drums and Ted Behm on guitar .Bassist/vocalist Marq Lawler was added and Anger quickly drew a large following in the Oregon/Washington area with their own trend-defying, sound. 2000 brought about the addition of Dave"Death"Bjorklund on rythm guitar to thicken the already huge Anger sound. In 2001 Marq parted ways with Anger and the band was rounded out with the addition of Bassist Todd J who brought a new dimention to the band with the use of 5 string bass and a more punk influence and also Dave stepping up to take on the role as vocalist. Between Tracy's unique stutter-step/tribal drumming, the twin guitar attack of Dave and Ted, Todd's low-end driving bass style and Daves"raw throat" vocals, Anger Management went on to dominate the Pacific northwest metal scene. Winter's Black, recorded over the course of 2002, is the end result and final recording of this great band.
