In 2000 local emcees MCC & Rekless joined foces with local Omaha bassist B LOW to create the ILL DOJO concept. After going through various guitarists and drummers ILL DOJO landed old school locals ADO on drums and Led Foo on guitar to complete the current ILL DOJO line up. ILL DOJO has been playing with this line up for a year and a half. In 2002 ILL DOJO released an 11 song demo titled "Chop House". They are currently writing new material for their follow up CD to be released in 2003. ILL DOJO has forged a solid, high energy live show that has enabled them to perform with such acts as: Digital Underground, 2 Live Crew, Sir-MIx-Alot and Sister Machine Gun to list a few.
