Digital Violence, founded in 2005, started out simply as a side project. At the time, Nick was playing bass guitar for a local metal band, and was starting to combine different styles to find his own sound. after completing 2 songs in the studio in 2006, Nick decided to make Digital Violence a top priority. The Black Comp CD features a number of local Eugene Oregon Metal bands and has two songs for each band. Digital Violence has the songs New Smell of Rotting Flesh, and Stand on the CD.
