In 2002 "DESCENTION" spewed forth with a harsh dissonance of music performed by "SATANARCHIST" disgorging vokills, "TERROR GNOME" grinding the nocturnal hellsaw, "DEAD RAINBOW" unearthing the bloody branch, and "CORPUS VILE" splintering the frozen death hammers. Descention released their debut album on July 07, 2006 "GOAT WAR INCANTATIONS", bombarding listeners with a brutal blast beat assualt and expressing the band's need to create raw primal, misanthropic music, with lyrics that echo the war-like nature of man. The album was unleashed by the independent label "DISMAL CACOPHONY RECORDS" rooted in Vancouver, Canada. The band dwells in East Van, and have made a name for themselves at many live rituals such as "BEHEMOTH" , "EXHUMED" and "AXIS OF ADVANCE" and are also a well known headliner in the local metal scene crowding bars with hordes of demonically possesed followers.
