Lunaractive's sound is one of a kind, but highly inspired by many bands old and new, known and unknown. Combining involved 2-part guitar riffing with three part vocal harmonies, Lunaractive is known for writing songs that are often described as "epic" and opera-like. One reviewer said, "each song is like a sound scape of its own." Dubbing themselves at one time as "punk-ninja-sci-fi- metal", Lunaractive loves to use imagery of ninja warriors and robotic warfare in their lyrics. But a better description of their sound would be highly melodic, metal-influenced choir rock.
