The band was formed in July 2000 in Reykjavik, Iceland's capital by Albert and Dave. After Maggi and Baering joined the band the lineup was complete. During this process the band was busy writing material and managed to fix up their own studio. They began work on their first album October 2001 and were finished early Feb 2002. Self titled the release contains 13 tracks, and was produced by d.u.s.t. It has been said the band is among the best live acts in Iceland. With two lead vocalists and the merging of various styles the band offers some variety. d.u.s.t is Albert Asvaldsson; vocals/guitar, Magnus Asvaldsson; drums, Baering Logason; bass and David Dunham; vocals/guitar.
