After a 20 year hiatus, NWOBHM band LEGEND returns to the scene heavier than ever with a brand new album on Monster Records. The album, entitled "Still Screaming," features original members guitarist Peter Haworth and vocalist Mike Lezala who reunited after the release of last year's "Anthology" 2CD (MCD021) containing the groups early 80s back catalog. Those into Black Sabbath, Iron Maiden, Saxon, Budgie, Angelwitch, etc.....check it out!!

- "I must say, now into my 4th listen that I am totally blown away. This is not a walk-through, a token effort by a band that wants to do the re-union circuit. This is a new LEGEND album, every bit as forceful & vital in 2003 as "Legend" was in 1981..... like I said, into the 4th listen & I think it's unfolding as a mammoth album, no holds barred" - Ray Dorsey - Chaos Realm

- "UK metal icons LEGEND have done it again! "Still Screaming" (Monster Records) is the latest masterpeice from LEGEND and this band has remarkably recaptured the musical and lyrical brilliance of their 1980 debut and their '81 follow-up "Death In The Nursery." "Still Screaming" is sure to be a heavy metal classic! -Bob Nalbandian SHockwaves/HardRadio

- "Are you kidding me? This is great! Far exceeded my expectations and shattered my usual, ultra-cynical, ANTI-long-overdue-reformation philosophy. Wow! The overall sound, while 'modern' and technically much improved over the early stuff sonically, still retains the NWOBHM feel and vibe - a triumph !" - Ed Rivadavia

- "Mike and Pete may be the only original members but they succeeded in recording a killer record. They still know how to do it like in the early days and they make us long for the eighties again. Highlights enough, but among the best are certainly the opening song "I'm Not Angry", "Eden Massacre" and "Hiroshima 2003" a remake from the version that's on the debut album. Fans from the movement mentioned before just have to buy this CD and those who like metal with speedfinger guitarwork won't make a bad deal either." - Rock Tribune

- ""Still Screaming" takes up exactly where the band left off without missing a beat. Haworth and Lezala have never sounded better, and this time we're talking top-notch production, kinda like QUEENSRYCHE "Empire" if you know what I mean. The acoustic guitarwork and bluesy electric crush weaves in and out of perfectly crafted melodies and vocal lines in virtually every track." - Peacedogman.com
