This Canadian born drummer raised in Eagle Rock, California started his early drumming career in several heavy metal cover bands before joining forces with the bands "Rhapsody" and "AKA". John also attended East Los Angeles College where he participated in both the jazz and concert bands while majoring in music there. John's influences include drummers John Bonham, Ian Paice, and Joey Kramer. John is also an avid ice hockey player and is a goalie on a recreational team that plays at Disney Ice in Anaheim, California.
