Chris Vasquez sings with the soul of Buenos Aires. The legendary singer and composer Carlos Gardel wrote songs that reflected the mood and sentiment of Buenos Aires in the 1930's, and when Chris Vasquez sings these songs, their meaning ring again as loudly today as they did back then.
