From the age of 12, Carlos Avalon has been enchanting audiences with his showmanship and masterful ability at the piano. With musical renditions ranging from Piano Classics, Broadway Show Tunes, Latin Ballads to Country, Carlos Avalon always attracts a wide rage of audiences. Carlos Avalon is a song stylist with a life time of musical knowledge. With his natural European warmth and charisma he is guaranteed to captivate and entertain every audience. His act is uniquely versatile, and even so, it is not difficult to see that his musical roots came from such legendary entertainers as Liberace, Wayne Newton, Paul Anka, Jose Jose and Raul Di Blasio. Carlos Avalon released his first 'single' "Eu Sou Aquele" in 1974. In 1983 he released the 'single' "Sonhos (Dreamin)". In his native Portuguese market, Carlos' recordings receive lots of airplay. Carlos has since released two albums, two additional singles and a music video. The CD "Carlos Avalon Loving Arms" was released on November 25, 2003. Carlos Avalon was born in the Azores, Portugal into a musical family. His grandfather and his father, Eduino Bulcao Avila, were highly aclaimed band leaders. It was only natural that at the age of seven he became involved in music, it has been his passion ever since. Carlos' family moved to the United States when he was ten. Career obligations kept him on the road up to ten months a year performing in Atlantic City, Las Vegas and many other cities throughout the country, still he resides where he was raised in Fremont, California.
