PuertoRican Masters is a group of well knowing musicians from the Salsa genre that have been a fundamental element in the development of the genre in Puerto Rico and throughout the world from three decades ago to nowadays. Because of that they deserve to be called "Salsa Masters". The Puerto Rican Masters Orchestra is conducted by Luis "Perico" Ortiz, member of "Fania All Stars" and main figure in the development of Salsa in the '70's. PuertoRican Masters is a musical concept that covers the Salsa greatest hits, played with the original arrangements and by the original performers. This meeting of Salsa Masters revives the hits of outstanding figures such as Tito Puente, Tito RodrÃguez, Celia Cruz, Rolando La Serie, Frankie Ruiz, Rubén Blades, Ricardo Rey, Bobby Cruz, Roberto Roena, El Gran Combo, Sonora Ponceña, Marvin Santiago, Bobby ValentÃn and Luis "Perico" Ortiz among others.
