Having realized that what the women of Israel desperately need today is hope, strength and uplifted spirits, the creative team of Arlene Chertoff, Toby Klein Greenwald and Sharon Katz have created another project in which the women and girls of Efrat/Gush Etzion could become involved. They have written their newest show, “NOAH! Ride the Wave!†The music was composed and arranged by Mitch Clyman. This is the third production of the Efrat/Gush Etzion Raise Your Spirits Summer Stock Company. “NOAH! Ride the Wave!†is a musical based on the legendary story of Noah’s Ark. All singing, all dancing, all laughter, all tears, “NOAH!†transports its audience onto the giant craft that was guided through the storm of destruction to a new world that its inhabitants would begin. “NOAH!†is a reflection of the wish of the women of Gush Etzion, and women around the globe for “a world of peace and harmony.†As the women/girls sing in “NOAH!â€s finale, “Oh fill my world with color, and fill my world with light. Fill my world with tenderness and love. Let my waking hours be a beacon in the light.
