Formed in 2000, Bred'n Buddha is a trio consisting of guitar, bass and drums, with an assortment of effects and miscellaneous percussion. Their unique sound is an eclectic mix of funk, jazz, blues, rock, reggae and Latin ryhthms. Currently calling San Diego, CA home, Bred'n Buddha are frequently found on the road, touring the west coast. In an attempt to keep their live shows interesting, Bred'n Buddha often blend one song into another, employing alternate tunings and unusual time signatures. With their hunger for diversity, the band occassionally feature different performers, ranging from saxophone players and percussionists to hip-hop MCs and DJs. Bred'n Buddha and their high energy show, have shared the stage with artists as varied as The Beat Junkies, Great White and Digital Underground.
