Neal Fox is an award-winning composer/playwright who has writen for every medium from TV to theatre. He is currently in the process of showcasing his first one-man multimedia show, Pigeonholes (www.pigeonholesonline.com). Written precisely because that's what artists don't want to be put in! Hotel del Swell was produced right after Neal finished his first musical, Meat Street -a dark comedy about planet Earth-when he needed to do something a little lighter. Hotel is a departure from his usual work because it is mainly instrumental, and he is known for his strong lyric-writing and social commentary. We're all fascinated by the hidden, the secret, the unknown. ("Will it be door #1, #2, or what's inside the box?") Hotel del Swell gives you an imaginary peek behind closed doors of a once-swank establishement. Find out what the kitchen help are thinking as they prepare your food. There are widget-wielding salesmen, exhausted and lonely travelers, and romance in the bridal suite. So pack your bags and spend the night at Hotel del Swell. Written, produced and performed by Neal Fox with John Rekevics on alto, tenor and bari sax. Check out the artist's website: http://www.wireduck.com Track List: 1. Kitchen Help 2. Bridal Suite 3.
