Jimmy is a musician from NYC who studied with famed guitarists Chuck Wayne & Larry Coryell. He worked as a staff guitarist for the Platinum Record label recording with R&B artists Sylvia, the Moments, Hank Ballard, Chuck Jackson & Shirley & Co. He has since recorded with numerous artists throughout the 80's & 90's such as Regina Belle, Brook Benton, Donna Summer & Lisa Fisher. He also played on the Bob Marley Soul Almighty the Formative Years, Volume 1 CD, a release of songs partially recorded before his death & finished & released on the JAD label in 1996 after his death. Also in 1996 he was a finalist in the Heritage International R&B & Jazz competition. He has been a writer, composer & member of BMI since 1979 & has had songs released on major labels such as Casablanca & Millenium Records.
