In The Revolver Suite, the nine-piece rock-jazz horn band BOZO Allegro takes every song from The Beatles' classic 1966 album, in original order, and plays them in a variety of styles that explore the development of African-influenced American popular music. The first half of the album is a history of jazz ,from its African roots into spirituals and gospel through ragtime and dixieland and ending with the big bands and bebop.
