Medulla Peltor was an improvisational trio from Columbia, South Carolina that existed from August 1997 to January 1999. The musicians were Franklin Caggiano - Guitar, Zack Jones - Bass Guitar and Ryan Shah - Drum Set.

The music, being completely improvisational, was heavily influenced by Miles Davis, John Coltrane, Led Zeppelin, The Meters and Anthony Braxton among many others. The jams averaged from 30 minutes in length.

"Heltor Peltor" was recorded in Irmo, South Carolina on November 8, 1997. It is two tracks with a total running time of 60 minutes.
