Since its formation in 2005, the Mill City Trio has been performing regularly in clubs, galleries and concert venues across New England. The group was formed by three Boston-area veterans (guitarists Jamie Dunphy and Greg Passler, and drummer Tony D'Anna) as an outlet for their original compositions. Recorded at Zippah Studios in Brookline, MA, the Mill City Trio's debut CD, Solstice, features nine orginal tunes and an adventurous arrangement of the Baroque guitar hit "Canarios." The disc has been well-received by Boston-area press and radio, and the group is currently expanding its horizons, booking performances in Rhode Island, New York and New Jersey. Track List: 1.
