Speed

With more rhymes than the Book of Job, Speed enters the rap scene with enough lyrical metaphors and true to life analogies to take the hip hop industry to the next level. Raised in a military family, his extensive world travels are encompassed in his music and lyrical content. His choppy flow and unique rap style easily separate Speed from his competition, but it's his storytelling ability and beat selection that elevate his music into the stratosphere. Speed began as a DJ at the tender age of 11 and by the age of 13 had earned his DJ certification and was working at a Teen Center spinning records on Friday and Saturday nights. But it was his prowess with the pen and the pad that eventually drove him to pick up the microphone and move the crowd. Speed's solo debut album bursts out the gates with his smash single "Strip Club", a lyrically sound club anthem that displays hip hop and lyricism at it's finest. Although new to the rap game, it is immediately evident that Speed has spent years perfecting his craft and is more than ready to take the industry by storm. Speed's debut album (Just Tryin' to Get By), will be available Summer 2005.
