Rap artist Outlaw was born 4-29-84 in Inglewood, California and is currently the hottest seventeen year old rapper on the west coast. High power records was founded on the foundation of outlaw's music production. Eleven instrumentals were produced by outlaw, and all lyrics as well. GK,the executive producer and produced six of the seventeen instrumentals on the cd. It is amazing that a seventeen year old rap artist has so much talent.
