Kamikahze was born Michael Laron Payne October 13, 1979 in Anaheim, California. He was enrolled at Bethel Baptist Catholic School at the age of 4. Along with his younger brother and his parents he lived in a small house in Anaheim in the early eighties and later moved into an apartment complex in Stanton, Ca.

At the age of 7, his family packed up and moved to Florida and into a small apartment community just outside of Altamonte Springs. Kamikahze attended second grade at Riverside elementary. He was then enrolled in St. Charles Borremeo Catholic School where he completed grades 3-5. His family bought a house just outside of Apopka, Florida. Kamikahze spent his middle school years attending Teague Middle School in Altamonte Springs. He raced BMX bikes on the Florida circuit and eventually switched over to riding freestyle ramp and street. His talent and "No fear" attitude proved him to be a crowd pleaser. It seems his glory was short lived though. The Badlands Skate Park was closed down and his passion to ride went down with it. "Cars" become his new hobby. He then went on to graduate from Lake Brantley High School in 1997.

After high school, he worked at Chilis as a bus boy and in the dish room. He left the Orlando area in 1998 and went to Chicago, Illinois to join the armed forces Navy branch. In Chicago he endured over 6 weeks of the 8-week boot camp. He was honorably discharged on a medical release. He did not let that get him down because he felt that his life was worth more than what the government could offer anyway. So he went home to Orlando Florida and worked with his mother at her environmental laboratory. There, he learned and perfected chemical extractions and sample receiving. His extreme attention to detail and other work habits learned while in boot camp was a much-needed element in his mother's laboratory.

In the late 90's, Kamikahze started working out his rapping skills in small sessions among friends. His desire to express himself in the form of words was a strong passion of his. Then in October of 2001, something major happened. He gave his life to Christ. After his re-birth, he emerged from the shell of his former self as Kamikahze with renewed ambitions. He headed for the studio to record the first album. It was the first time Kamikahze had even been in the studio to record a professional album. The first album, "True Ambitionz" was a direct manifestation of his new path in life. The completion of "True Ambitionz" was a motivation for Kamikahze to get deeply involved in the music industry and rap music was the means he chose to spread his story of his new life with the world.

A corporation was formed and it was named 4Deep Enterprise, Inc. and a record label under the 4Deep Music title. His father joined in the business venture and showed his support to the mission Kamikahze has been sent on. A mission to find lost souls through rap music and win them to Christ. A great deal of his divine message can be heard in his second album "The Lost World". So the battle begins.
