TYGA On November 19, 1989, Michael "TYGA" Nguyen, was born to Pasionaye Nguyen, a sports entertainment coordinator. He grew up in Gardena, California, where in attended Catholic school. He has an interesting ethnic background. His ethnic mix consists of Black Jamaican and Vietnamese. Tyga has been a born star since the tender age of 5. At that age he would run around his house with a pen and mimicking other artist, which he would see on BET and MTV. But he started out with singing vocals. Then while attending Catholic Schools he performed at every school play. He particularly liked any plays that had singing involved. Then at the age of 10, CANTLEWZ Entertainment discovered Michael "TYGA", through his mother. Anthony Lewis was immediately impressed with TYGA 's Motivation and skill Tyga has performed at many of Cantlewz boxing shows. And he has also performed and various Los Angeles Nightclubs. Crowds of all ages have raved over his many live performances. Tyga also has an acting background behind him as well. He has been on L.A. Law at the age of 3 years old.
