Born Fidel Kisic in East New York, Brooklyn and reared in Coney Island's Sea Rise housing complex he epitomizes that' through borough' flavor. His style is conversational and witty with a picturesque unmistakable cadence. It's all in his raspy, melodic flow and plantinum-bound delivery, "street money, beat money/I'm all about that gotta eat money." Much more introspective than the usual pulp poets, Liaison has a voice that resonates with an elder statesman quality well beyond his twenty something years.

He is the antithesis to sugar coated primetime radio rhymes and angst-ridden backpacker prose- the in between. A conduit that has achieved underground acclaim poised for mainstream success. His street corner-inspired rhapsodies are mood music. And if you need proof, just cue up The Franchise, Vol. 1, his debut mix circuit CD with the infectious dance floor anthem Put Ya ' Hands Up (produced by Penny); provocative Coke Money (produced by Dirt); and the thug call Get Them (produced by Destro) each with it's distinctive, unyielding signature appeal. Liaison is making the transition from 'hot 16 spitter' to being an on the rise talent positioned for prominence and chart dominance - the next level of Hip Hop.

Getting ready for the re-up with, "The Franchise, Vol. 2 hosted by "SICKMORE" the follow up to his street corner penned opus with its slew of knob turners and beatsmiths things looks promising. Hip Hop station, Tommy Danger show, Hip Hop Vibes and the Block Party, are just a few of the variety/music video shows he's appeared on since stepping on stage alongsider Smooth Da Hustler and Trigger Da Gambler at age 16. Just ask anyone that's seen his performance stealing sets like at the 1st Annual Street Conference held at Harlem's National Black Theater. Liaison has opened for JohnnyHandsome/JohnnyGirl, Jim Jones clothing line, Juelz Designs. He is know featuring in the film and Soundtrack of the movie "Give Me One Chance" directed by Richard Castellano, a actor from the Movie "Anyalze This' starring Robert Deniro. Liaison brings together. Beats. Rhymes. Real people doing real things.

Even with the underground buzz and the volume being raised on the airwaves he still doesn't rest on his laurels or mince words when comes to representing the block, "I'm a street - oriented cat. I don't get this industry shine twisted. This is just another hustle to help my people's get up out of our everyday struggle." That fierce determination and code of self-preservation has been pivotal in pushing the boundaries and kicking open doors for Liaison: the connect.
