The technical definition of "KEVLAR" is a bulletproof material made by DUPONT. KEVLAR'S rap style can be described simply as just that.......BULLETPROOF!!!!!!! KEVLAR was born and raised in Bed-Stuy Brooklyn. Kevlar has been rhyming for 10 years now. Kevlar's influences range from Kool G. Rap,Big Daddy Kane and the late, but great, Big L. After listening to these hip hop pioneers, Kevlar realized that he had the skillz necessary to compete and excel in this rap game. Kevlar progressed from writing down lyrics from their songs to writing his own dope rhymes. Some of the hip hop artists Kevlar listens to today are Half a Mil & AZ.
