THE TURNER SINGERS In 1977 a family group was formed under the leadership and guidance of our mother, the late Sarah Turner. Since then the Turner singers have been praising the Lord in song and praise for 29 years. By the grace of God, the Turner singers have remained steadfast, and remained faithful in doing work for the Lord. Recently, they released their 2nd CD entitled "What If". It's already receiving airplay on some radio stations. The Turner singers has received the following awards and recognitions: The Spirit of David award from the GMMA, (Gospel Music Ministry Association), Gospel Music Educational Achievement award, and two Urban Gospel Music awards. They were also selected as one the "New Artist" showcase winners at the Gospel Music Workshop of America "Quartet" completion held in New Orleans, La.
