Today, I stand before you as a living witness to the miracles of God's blessings and more importantly, I stand as a receiver and deliverer of His message and music. I,Dr. James L. Moran, Jr., am a Minister at University Ministries International, Tallahassee, Florida where I currently serve as a Professor of Hermeneutics and Biblical Economics at UMI's Z.E. Brown Bible College. I have served 16 years at Florida A&M University as an Administrator for the Division of Student Affairs as well as the Office of Academic Affairs. However, I maintain close ties as narrator with the famed, Florida A&M University Symphonic Band and I perform my rendition of the renowned, "I have a Dream" speech accompanied by the band. I am a Small Business Entrepreneur, an Actor, Artist, Academic Advisor, Trainer, Singer, and Choir member, Musician, Songwriter, Composer, Army Captain, Lyricist and a member of an eight-person gospel group named Ten Thousand To Flight and have toured throughout the states of Florida, Georgia and Tennessee both headlining and as an invited guest group. Within the past 4.5 years, the Lord has increased my appetite for composing/writing from a point of never having played an instrument to playing music inspired by God on keyboards and drums. To date, I have been blessed with completing more than 68 songs. My first CD entitled Is It A Crime-Lord? was written, composed, arranged and produced by me.
