Jack has been singing since the age of eight. He had his own Rock and Country band starting in 7th grade. His father's music abilities and that of his brother both influenced his desire for music. He wrote his first song while in High School. He recorded his first record in 1988 with a song he wrote for his mother while she had cancer called "Next Christmas Day" which achieved reviews in Billboard magazine along with Reba McEntire and Wayne Newton. He is performing in churches around the Midwest and throughout many states and has been in concert with Frankie Valens. He has been in the music ministry for thirteen years now and continues to follow God's leading. He gives all the credit for what his music is doing to the Lord. Jack is worship leader at the Louisburg Baptist Temple in his hometown of Louisburg, Kansas. Jack released his "River of Love" album in 2001 and is getting airplay in over 23 states. In April 2002 it was selected as Album of the month in Holland. In November 2001 he wrote and recorded a song for his father's 81st birthday called "What Matters Most" and was released on a compilation CD out of New Mexico with Hope Street Records. The song is getting airplay as far away as Germany, Holland, New Zealand, Australia, Italy and the Netherlands and the United States. The song was #42 on the Christian Country Charts in Europe. In September 2002 another of his songs entitled "He's My Light" made it to number 23 on the CCG charts. Also in September, Jack's fourth compilation was released this time out of Nashville under CCMA (Christian Country Music Association). Jack is in company of artists like Dolly Parton, Laverne Tripp, Dottie Rambo, Keith Perry and others. This CD hit over 1000 radio stations in the U.S. and Europe, currently receiving airplay in 33 states. God is truly blessing this man's ministry. Jack was recognized by KCCM (Kansas City Christian Music) as Christian Artist of the Year for 2001, Songwriter of the Year, and Country Christian Artist of the Year. In 2002 Jack was nominated for Male Vocalist, Entertainer of the Year and New Horizon Award in the "Texas International Music Association." Praise God! Jack's mission is to provide his evangelism ministry to churches across the country sharing with people about Jesus Christ.
