ABOUT THE ARTIST... She was spoon fed all the great music of the early 1970's... Before taking her first breath on earth, her mother says she danced to Santana, sang along with Carole King, and dreamed to Fleetwood Mac. So, it's no surprise that Jenny Brennan has found herself smack dab in the middle of a melody. Whether she's rockin' out or taking her time... She'll reach right into your soul with her crystal clear, beautifully crafted vocals and passionate, expressive lyrics. To make a very long story, short... After a profound revelation one evening, Jenny found herself with pen in hand jotting down lyrics, guitar by her side, and then...voila! She had written her first song...that was six years ago. And she hasn't looked back since. Gone were the days of listening to high school guidance counselors!...(who meant well, but were afraid to encourage her to do something crazy, like...perform) The equation is real simple for her, music + passion = life... Luckily, for her, she shares that love of music with her husband. Both performers, both musicians, he a poet and percussionist, she a singer/songwriter. They seemed to have stumbled onto something magical... Take a listen to "Avalon", for instance... Listen to the way the sounds of the ancient Irish drum, the bodhran, combine with Jenny's haunting vocals as the story unfolds... and when you least expect it, she rocks out like there's no tomorrow! To be entirely honest, you will LOVE this album. It's melodic, it's soulful, it's eclectic, it's original, and it's genuine. Trust me, I know the artist very well, and she wouldn't lie...because, well, I'm Jenny Brennan. : ) Check out the artist's website: http://www.jennybrennan.com Track List: 1. Avalon 2. Someday 3.
