In the 80's,I did a demo at Kaye Smith studios in Seattle (now long gone).I got to meet Steve Miller and Ann & Nancy Wilson, who were recording landmark albums there. At that time I was playing in band called the "Smoldering Remains" with some guys from Minn. We tried to copy Television and get an album to Twin Tone. Right around that time I met Scott McCaughey, who was working at a record shop in Seattle University District. He had just put out a LP with the Young Fresh Fellows and was playing it at the store. That encouraged me to pursue my songwriting. Several analog and digital projects later, I am still recording music and putting out cds. Seattle producer Jack Endino mastered my latest cd called "Cartoon Hearts".
