While singing in a choir in a spiritualist church, Pat Hanks felt frustrated by the fact that the music she was singing had no connection to her spiritual understanding. She began to write songs that expressed her spiritual experiences, as well as songs that she heard in her sleep. Eleven of these are presented here. Primarily interested in song-writing, Pat appears as a vocalist occasionally at various new thought churches and music festivals. Pat, a behavioural consultant, has worked with developmentally disabled individuals for most of her adult life. Paul R. Hanks, in addition to being Pat's accompanist, has written music in many different styles, ranging from classical, to pop, to comedy. In the 1970's he studied classical guitar, and also plays keyboards, and electric bass. For the last several years he has worked as a high school Spanish teacher. Track List: 1. The Endless Nigh 2.
