The Syrens of Titan consist of two females and a heck of alot of keyboards, samples and vocals. Being unique opposites, they have explored sound textures "of the ancient and abstract future". They've been played on non-commercial radio, making the top five of Mac U. CFMU 93.3 FM Chart. Syrens were also charted in the top five at U. of Waterloo, U. of Nova Scotia, U. Of T and U. Of Windsor, Canada. Wilson and Posgate have been interviewd on "Women's Voices" on Mac radio and were invited back to perform live on the air. Also they performed on Cable 14's,"Entertainment Spotlight" T. V. Show, for their season opener. "All they could do is stare, I think we scared them!" says Wilson. "Our C.D. is original and thought provoking. A new experience, a new type of musical genre" adds Posgate, "Our live shows tend to be more accurately hypnotic and theatrical.
