Due to computer failure at the Brilliance In Action offices, the artwork and masters have been compromised. Consequently, future copies of the 2004 series are not forthcoming. Prices have risen to reflect the rarity of these releases. In the wake of the Presidential election in November, A.Jenkins, founder and president (unelected) of Brilliance In Action, decided it he would personally oversee the production and release of 'November', the 11th in the BIA2004 series. This release focuses on the November election and A.Jenkins' disappointment in its outcome, as well as the residual effects of the war in Iraq. In keeping with the theme of most original music released on Brilliance In Action, this album is noisy and abrasive to an extreme. This time around, however, the noise is focused bile.
