I am a musician who is based on the Isle of Wight, UK. I am exploring sound creation and music writing. I use a large collection of software and techniques to layer my ideas and music down and find it the most meditative absorbing experience. I draw on every sound and music I listen to everyday and have no style that I stick to or intend to genre specify what I am doing. I try and move beyond conventional music writing yet there are unobvious themes in my albums. It is an exciting time to be playing around with computerised music. The tools get more sophisticated and the challenge and discipline required to put everything together gets more deep. One day they will teach computer music writing at Zen Schools. The cool thing about putting ideas into sounds is that they then become timeless tombs of expression and creativity. My CDs are the collections of what I think are my best soundscaped pieces.
