In "Talk's Expensive," the artist writes of social and spiritual issues through lyrical acoustic music, symphonic and jazz style arrangements. The title track was inspired the day I attended a poetry reading at Mount Royal Station. As I watched the poets, some nervous and some eloquent, I suddenly came to the realization that one must live with the emotions that they feel in order to say what they say, hence "Talk's Expensive."
