I am a solo artist performing on piano, guitar and voice. My music has been described as peaceful and relaxing. The first CD, Tunes From The Back Yard contains instrumental songs with piano, bass and percussion, vocal selections as needed and some guitar finger picking. The second CD, Another Point In Space, is more rock and roll and is predominantly vocal. I have always felt strongly about original music. To remain true to myself I feel as though I have to write what is in my head and heart regardless of whether it is mainstream or not. Songwriting is like putting your neck in the guillotine, you are laying your head and heart on the line. You hope someone likes what you are doing. A song doesn't really exist until it is heard and it touches someone. Music is a medium that crosses all boundaries of humanity, every person on the earth can be moved by music in some way.
