This CD should be subtitled "Songs That Make You Want To Be Jilted". It takes the listener through the insane jolts and wanderings that we happen to label as "Romance". It's literate. It's funny. Its lyrics are all clearly understandable. And there's not a filthy word to be found anywhere on the CD. Bob Ryan wrote all the words and music on "Real Love" with two intentions in mind. He wanted to make people laugh. And he wanted today's kids to have a more immediate understanding of the vital sensitivity of romance. Give a listen. See if he hasn't accomplished both objectives.
