Having Jane & Mary Anne Moore in the family has always been a lucky strike for me. Mother routinely filled our childhood home with grand musical performances by musician friends from throughout the world. The music went on for hours & usually combined a flowing mix of classical jam with show tunes & old Irish favorites. Throughout her life mom wrote a number of songs which we recently recorded featuring mom on the piano & Mary Anne singing. Mary Anne, a graduate of the University of Louisville School of Music, is both an accomplished entertainer & vocalist. Music critics have compared Mary Anne's voice to that of Judy Garland & mom's songs to those of Irving Berlin.
