Dr LUTEx is the screen name of Joel Parker Laughlin. It is also the name under which he composes and publishes music. Dr LUTEx has lots of irons in the fire. For instance, he really is a doctor. He has practiced medicine in Denver since 1988. He is also an evening division JD student at DU Law. His most recent pursuit however is creating music at home. With the help of various computer interfaces, Dr LUTEx has found a way to take the music that's been bouncing around inside his head for the past few decades and make it real. This provides a potent outlet for creativity in addition to guitar, keyboards, and drums. The music is instrumental and eclectic.
